- If you are applying for a position with Sayata, you may be requested to upload information through a third party recruiting and applicant tracking platform, including, inter alia, a platform developed and operated by Comeet Technologies, Inc. (the “Recruitment Platform”). Your use of the Recruitment Platform is governed by the provisions of this Privacy Policy as well as the Recruitment Platform's Terms and Policies.
- You are not required by law to provide your information to Sayata, or to agree to all the terms of this Privacy Policy. However, you may not be able to access certain of our Services if you do not provide your information.

What Information Does Sayata Collect
- Sayata will receive, collect, process, use and store (“process”) the following information about you during your use of our Services:
- Identifiers/contact information: Full Name, Telephone Number, Address and Email Address– when you subscribe and use the Sayata Platform, Sayata will request that you provide it with this information with respect to yourself and with respect to your Clients.
- Information and content you provide us – Sayata may process information about you contained in communications you provide or make available to Sayata when you use its services or communicate with Sayata directly or through the “Contact Us” section on the Services and/or a Recruitment Platform, such as full name, I.D. number, telephone number, address, email address, resume, image of your face, professional experience, position, role, education (including, name of institution and academic results), interests, hobbies, information from references, remarks, LinkedIn profile, personal website and portfolio etc.
- Internet or other electronic network activity information: Browsing History, Monitoring, and System Information – Sayata will receive, collect, produce, process, use and store: offers, quotes and services that interested you, your browsing habits, usage data, features you use, information you have viewed, duration of your sessions, web pages you have browsed, location data, IP address, device ID number, device location, device type and settings, language and browser type and fields of interest you have indicated.

How Does Sayata Use Your Information

- You agree that Sayata assumes no liability or responsibility for any loss or damage of any kind caused to you or anyone on your behalf by using our Services, if any information about you is lost, disclosed to an unauthorized third party or is used without permission.
Until when will Sayata Keep Your Information
